Aquarius Sapphire Pendant

A 4.5 mm blue sapphire is surrounded by 18 round brilliant-cut diamonds (0.07 tw) spiraling up on the side of the setting.  The swirl of diamonds around the sapphire creates a unique look that enhances the sparkle in every direction and lets the the center stone shine through on the sides.
