Any special orders or altered products are non-refundable. For returns sent to our Customer Service Center, please contact us, returns@johnatencio.com. You may also return product at any of our John Atencio Boutique Stores. Refunds will be made in the method of original payment. SHIPPING INFORMATION In-stock orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 3 days from time of purchase.
